Construction at Thompson Landing on Royal is in full swing, and with 27 units already sold, the excitement surrounding this new waterfront development is continually increasing.

As Brendan Shaw, the REALTOR®️ working with the developer ARPA Investments on this project shared, there are several crucial activities underway, each contributing to the realization of this ambitious development.


  • Construction of the parkade is progressing steadily, with more rebar still to be tied and concrete to be poured.

  • Crews are diligently working on the elevator pit, filling the excavated areas around the foundation, and installing shoring in anticipation of the concrete pour for the first-floor slab.

  • We expect framing of 215 Royal Avenue to begin shortly.
